Celeus lugubris, Picidae familyasından bir kuş türü.[1] Arjantin, Bolivya, Brezilya ve Paraguay'da bulunur.[2]

International Ornithological Committee (IOC) bu tür için nominat alt tür C. l. lugubris (Malherbe, 1851) ve C. l. kerri (Hargitt, 1891) olmak üzere iki alt tür listeler.[1] The Clements Checklist of Birds of the World ve BirdLife International'ın Handbook of the Birds of the World ise üçüncü bir alt tür olarak lugubris alt türünü ayırarak C. l. olrogi (Fraga & Dickinson, 2008) alt türünü de ekler.[3][4][5][6]
Bazı otoriteler C. l. kerri alt türünü ayrı bir tür olarak kabul ederken bazıları ise C. lugubris türünü C. flavescens ile konspesifik olarak görür.[7]
Bu maddede IOC'nin iki alt türlü modeli kabul edilir.
