Uzanım lifleri

Uzanım lifleri ya da projeksiyon lifleri, korteks ile beynin alt kısımları ve omuriliği birleştiren, içe aktaran(getiren) ve dışa aktaran(götüren) liflerden oluşur. İnsan sinir sistemi anatomisinde, beyindeki yollar denilen akson demetleri (sinir lifleri) fonksiyonlarına göre birleştirme lifleri, uzanım lifleri ve komissüral lifler olarak kategorize edilebilir.^[1]

Temel götüren lifler:

(1) motor yolu, genu'yu ve iç kapsüldeki oksipital lobun üçte iki anterior kısmını işgal eder
- (a) bükümlü lifler, medullada çarpraz geçer ve karşı tarafta kranial sinirlerin motor çekirdeğinde biter;
- (b) omurilik lifleri, medullar piramitlerden omuriliğe uzanır
(2) Kortikopontin lifleri, pontin çekirdeğinde biter.

Getiren değiştir

Temel getiren lifler:

(1) Lemniscus'unkiler, talamus'da sekteye uğramayanlar;
(2) Superior serebellar saptakiler , kırmızı çekirdek ve talamus'da sekteye uğramayanlar;
(3) Talamustan çıkan, saplarına ve korteksin farklı kesimlerine giden çok sayıda lifler;
(4) Optik ve akustik lifler, ilki oksipital, ikincisi için temporal lobdan geçer.
