why is there a link button in the text editor on vikipedia? Whenever I can use it, I have this message:
"If you try to promote or advertise again, you may be blocked from making changes to Wikipedia. --"
I cannot use it. Is there anyone who using that ?

In fact, I see that some websites can add their links into vikipedia. where is justice?
