Dj QRise

Ümit Sağ was born in İzmir in 1981 and grew up in a family where music was not of great importance beside daily matters. Despite everything, his passion for music unfolded itself in his early childhood. He stepped into his career as a Dj at the age of seventeen. All along, the influence of music in his life was so obvious that nobody suprised to see him rapidly succeeded to take a place for himself as Dj QRise (Ümit Sağ).

In 1998 his music adventure started at “deejay_club” in Bodrum. He was given to play R&B and Hip Hop than other music styles. Performing in many parties and organizations in various cities, in short time he drew attentions to himself.

Between 2000 - 2002, his name rised like the wind in the world of music. His quick success left such a good impression on people that in Bodrum his indelible impression has earned him a “new name”... He was known as “Dj QRise” and since than he continued his career as “Dj QRise”.

He has become the man of exclusive and VIP parties. He worked as a resident dj in Club Areena, the biggest night club in Turkey. His talent in scratching and Turntablism made him the most succesful RnB – Hip Hop dj of Turkey.

While he was climbing to the top, he has decided to make his own productions. He started by using Reason and Cubase duals to create songs in the style of R&B and Hip Hop. His fans showed great interest in his work. He still spends most of his time for new mixes and mastering new equipments such as Ableton Live.

Dj QRise now works for deejay club Unique Groove Entertainment. In summer time he plays music as the resident dj of White House in Bodrum... When you are in Bodrum, don’t miss the chance of listening to him!
