English: On October 25, 2023, the Philippine Air Force, through its Tactical Operations Group 4, TOWSOL, mobilized one (1) Blackhawk and one (1) Super Huey Helicopters in response to a Landslide Incident that occurred at the Vicinity of Sitio Angelo, Brgy Umiray, General Nakar, Quezon, yesterday. The Helicopters were deployed to assess the damages and do possible Search and Rescue Operations.
Eventually, four Fatalities of the Landslide were retrieved and ferried by Helicopter to the Headquarters 2nd Infantry Division, Philippine Army. The Mission was in close coordination with the Local Government Units/Agencies in the Area. |
