Amharalar (Amharca: አማራ, Āmara; Geez: አምሐራ, ʾÄməḥära), Etiyopya'nın özellikle Amhara Bölgesi'nin kuzey ve orta dağlık bölgelerinde geleneksel olarak yaşayan bir etnik gruptur. 2007 ulusal nüfus sayımına göre, Etiyopya nüfusunun %26,9'unu oluştururlar.[1]
