Jean-Baptiste Alfred Perot (Fransızca telaffuz: [pəʁo]; 3 Kasım 1863 - 28 Kasım 1925), Fransız fizikçi.

Meslektaşı Charles Fabry ile birlikte 1899'da Fabry-Pérot interferometresini geliştirmiştir.[1][2]
Fransız Bilimler Akademisi ona 1912 yılında Janssen Madalyası vermiştir.[3] Royal Society, Fabry ve Perot'a 1918'de Rumford madalyası vermiştir.

Perot'un soyadının yazılışı konusunda bazı karışıklıklar var. Perot, bilimsel yayınlarda Pérot yazımını kendisi kullandı, ancak Fransız nüfus kaydına göre, soyadı aksansız Perot idi.[4]
