Retrognatizm
Retrognati, maksilla[1] veya mandibulanın[2] yüz iskeletine ve yumuşak dokulara göre anormal posterior yerleşimi ifade eden bir maloklüzyon tipidir.[3]

Bu terminoloji tıbbi olarak kullanılmasa da, retrognatik bir alt çeneye genellikle aşırı kapanış denir.
