Remove GFDL

GFDL is meant for software and it is not good for media because it makes it difficult to re-use the material. Motivated by the the wish of making it easier to re-use files Wikimedia Foundation Board decided in 2009 to stop using GFDL as a sole license per this message. So I suggest that GFDL is removed as a suggested license.

Also version 2.5 of the cc-license is not the latest version. The latest version is 4.0. --MGA73 (mesaj) 16.14, 14 Nisan 2021 (UTC)
