John Cowley (1909–1967), Odonata ve Diptera konusunda uzmanlaşmış İngiliz böcek bilimci. Albourne, Sussex'te doğdu, 1931'de Londra Kraliyet Entomoloji Derneği üyesi seçildi [1][2]
