Secondo la Legge 22 aprile 1941 n. 633, innovata dalla legge 22 maggio 2004, n. 128 articolo 87 e articolo 92, le foto generiche e prive di carattere artistico, divengono di pubblico dominio a partire dall'inizio dell'anno solare seguente al compimento del ventesimo anno dalla data di pubblicazione. Le fotografie considerate opere d'arte diventano di pubblico domino dopo 70 anni. La norma vale in tutto il mondo. |
