Dylan McDermott (d. 26 Ekim 1961) Amerikalı oyuncudur. The Practice dizisindeki hukuk bürosu sahibi Bobby Donnell rolü ile tanındı.

Waterburry, Connecticut doğumludur. İrlanda ve İtalyan kökenleri mevcuttur. Doğumu sonrası New York'ta büyümüştür. Fordham Üniversitesinde sahne sanatları alanında eğitim almıştır. McDermott oyuncu Shiva Rose ile evli ve iki çocuk sahibidir. Sinema dünyasında ilk büyük çıkışını In the Line of Fire filmi ile yapmıştır.
