Merhaba Cool Cat, ben, ozyurekli.. Yaşım ileri(55) ama bu konularda çok amatörüm. Emekliyim, ingilizceyi çözmem içinde yoğun sözlük kullanmam gerekiyor. Yaptığım yanlışlıklar bilgi eksikliğinden.
Sorum şu; tanınmış bir kişinin , internette , yüzlerce ayrı yerdeki fotoğraflarından her hangi birini “Wikimedia Commons” a nasıl yüklerim?

:Bir resmin internete yuzlerce ve hatta binlerce yerde kopyalanmis olmasi telif haklarinin kalktigi anlamina gelmez. Wikipediada ve commonsda aksi belirtilmedikce butun resimler telifli kabul edilir. Telif haklari yerel kanunlara gore ele alinir.
:Resimler onu yaratan oldukten 70 yil sonrasina kadar teliflidir. Bu genel 'kurala' uymayan bir cok durum var tabiki. Mesela amerikan federal devlet calisanlarinin cektigi fotoraflar vb eserler aksi belirtilmedikce kamuya aciktir ve telif haklari sakli degildir. Ayni sey Turkiye Cumhuriyeti calisanlari icin gecerli degildir mesela cunku Turk yasalari bu konuda bir yorum yapmiyorlar.
:Ozgur lisans dedigimiz Creative Commonsun belli versonlari, GNU, ve "kamuya arz edilimis" (public domain) ile lisansli olmayan resimlerin neredeyse tamami teliflidir. Bu durum internetteki hemen her resmi kapsar.
:Bu resimler ancak tr.wikiye '''belki''' adil kullanim (fair-use) altinda yuklenebilir. Adil kullanim ap-ayri bir kavram ve adil kullanim altindaki materyal commonsda kabul edilmez...
