Sammy V (Sammy Violin) is a Canadian International violinist, recording artist, entertainer and composer based in Toronto, Ontario.[1]He was classically trained in Music Faculty of Bilkent University and was also a member of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Sammy V often performs with world-wide known musicians and singers from very different styles and genres. Performing in different parts of the world with numerous musicians producers allowed him to develop a musical style which he melts the elements of very different styles in his pot which makes him a fusion, cross-over violinist.

Biography
Often referred to as “Master of the Violin,” SAMMY V is a fourth generation celebrity violinist. His shows have the essence of both eastern and western sounds. He’s got influenced by many virtuosos from all around the world. He continues to enchant audiences with breathtaking virtuosity, tone and charismatic stage presence. With restless curiosity, passion, universal appeal, and multi-faceted musical interests he has earned the rare title of “Modern Fiddler.”At age four, he received his first violin from his parents, both Violin and Vocal professionals. By age 12, he was serious about the instrument thanks in large part to the inspiration of his father, his beloved teacher and mentor. Two years later, Sammy came to national attention and started to have concerts and musical shows at national and international platforms. Sammy V now resides in Toronto and his performances include appearances all across the North America.As a featured Soloist he toured Europe, the Middle East and North and South America with celebrity singers, musicians and producers. An exclusive Modern Violin artist, Sammy V has recorded more than 40 albums and he currently is the music director of many prominent artists in Toronto and Miami.
Career
In the beginning of early 2000’s, Sammy V started appearing in clubs and live music bars in Ibiza, Miami and Toronto performing pop and electronic music with his electric violin covers.
In 2010, he released his first violin cover, “Sun Sun Sun” and then in 2018 Hasta Que Se Seque el Malecón" by Jacob Forever followed as his first Latin Cover.
He couldn’t resist the enlarging Hip-hop wave and released his first Hiphop cover “Kika” by Tory Lanez in Los Angeles produced by Universal Music in 2019, Symphony Violin Cover by Swiss DJ Antoine and Toronto producer Kidmyn and Dance Monkey Pop Violin Cover by Tones and I in 2020.
Sammy V performed in Greece, Turkey, Spain, USA, Colombia and Canada at a number of private and corporate events, concerts and festivals. Sammy V has also worked with Guy Manoukian, a Lebanese-Armenian musician, composer, and pianist and Emilio Estafan, the spouse and producer of Latin Star Gloria Estafan who is celebrity a Cuban and American singer, actress, and businesswoman.
