EUobserver, 2000 yılında Brüksel merkezli EUobserver.com ASBL kuruluşu tarafından başlatılan bir Avrupa çevrimiçi gazetesidir.

Gazete, Avrupa Birliği (AB) ile ilgili uluslararası meseleler hakkında hem günlük raporlar hem de derinlemesine haberler sunmaktadır.^[1] The Brussels Times, EURACTIV ve Politico Europe'un ardından AB meselelerini haberleştirmeye adanmış ilk İngilizce medya kuruluşlarından biri olarak kabul edilmektedir.^[2]^[3]
