A Martha Logan Recipe We call it Cheesaroni... and Swifts Brookfield makes it sing • Vt pound Swifts Brookfield American • 8-ounce package macaron • 3 or 4 leftover franks, cut across • 2 tablespoons SwiftCook macaroni according to directionson package. Place half the macaroniin baking dish. Cover with half theSwifts Brookfield American, thinlysliced, and half the franks. Repeat thiswith other half macaroni, cheese andfranks. Add to hot milk 1 teaspoonsalt, dash pepper, i teaspoon, each,Worcestershire Sauce and preparedmustard, 1 tablespoon minced onion.Pour over macaroni.
