Rachael Leigh Cook (d. 4 Ekim 1979), She's All That adlı romantik komedi ile tanınan Amerikalı oyuncu ve foto model. 2004 yılından beri oyuncu arkadaşı Daniel Gillies ile evli.

Hayatı değiştir
Cook on yaşında foto model olarak çalışmaya başladı. 1998 yılında liseyi bitirdikten sonra oyuncu oldu. Bundan önce de on dört yaşından beri The Baby-Sitters Club ve 26 Summer Street gibi birçok filmlerde rol aldı. Freddie Prinze Jr. ile beraber oynadığı She's all that adlı film sayesinde şöhret oldu. 2002 yılında New Found Glory adlı müzik grubunun "Dressed to Kill" adlı şarkılarına çektikleri video klipte oynadı.
