Regular Download
Download Kubuntu DVD and USB stick images. For the desktop a 32-Bit version and a 64-Bit version are available.
Download the Kubuntu installer to create your own installation DVD or USB stick. The download process can take a while, depending on your connection speed (the file size is 1GB).

Upgrade
Upgrade Kubuntu 13.10 to 14.04 LTS if you are already running the previous release.
Upgrade Kubuntu 12.04 to 14.04 LTS if you are already running the previous release LTS.
BitTorrent
BitTorrent is a peer-to-peer download network that sometimes allows higher download speeds and provides more reliable downloads of large files. You will need to install a BitTorrent client on your computer in order to use this download method.

Burning a DVD or creating an install USB stick
Kubuntu can be installed from a recordable DVD or from an USB stick. Then it can be used as a regular operation system, or as a Live image which you can install Kubuntu from. For more information, see Burning ISO Howto and Installation From USB Stick from the Ubuntu Community Documentation website.

Polisin şiddete dayalı tutumu için polisin aşırı stresli bir iş yaptığı, gerekli eğitimin alınmadığı, kanunları bilmedikleri, psikolojik destek alamadıkları, yeterli teknik desteğe sahip olamadıkları, geçim derdi gibi nedenlerle bu tür olaylara neden oldukları düşünülmektedir. Bunun yanında polisin zanlıyı korumak için pek çok defa zorluk yaşadığı gözlenmektedir. Bu tür durumlardan korunabilmek amacıyla polis teşkilatı halkla işbirliğine gitmektedir.
