RU-58642
RU-58642, androjen reseptörü (AR) için çok yüksek afiniteye ve seçiciliğe sahip nilutamidden türetilen nonsteroidal bir antiandrojendir (NSAA).[1] Androgenetik alopesi (erkek tipi kellik) tedavisi için topikal uygulama için araştırılmış, ancak geliştirme ilk deneme aşamalarını geçmemiştir, şu anda sadece AR'ye yönelik bilimsel araştırmalar için kullanılmaktadır.[2][3]
