Изображение мемориала в честь освобождения Кишинева от фашистских захватчиков в 1944 году, являющегося частью Мемориального комплекса "Eternitate" (Вечность), на фоне контурных изображений архитектурных сооружений Кишинева, ниже – горизонтальная надпись: "24 АВГУСТА 1944 г.", вверху вдоль канта, в обрамлении двух пятиконечных звёзд, – надпись: "КИШИНЕВ".

Чеканка: Московский монетный двор (ММД).
