STRUCTURE IN FOREGROUND IS CALLED A "MUD BOX"--A KIND OF RETAINING WALL BUILT TO HOLD THE FLOOD WATERS IN CHECK. NOTE THAT BUILDINGS ON OPPOSITE SIDE ARE HALF-SUBMERGED
